PEER REVIEW PROCESS
All manuscripts submitted to IJETL: International Journal of Educational Technology and Learning undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and scholarly integrity. In this process, both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other in order to maintain objectivity and fairness. Each submitted manuscript is first evaluated by the editorial team to assess its suitability with the journal’s focus and scope, adherence to author guidelines, and overall academic quality. Manuscripts that pass this initial screening are then assigned to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field of educational technology and learning.
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on several criteria, including originality, theoretical contribution, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the advancement of educational technology and learning. Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editor will make one of the following decisions: accept the manuscript, accept with minor revisions, request major revisions, or reject the manuscript. Authors are given the opportunity to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewer feedback to improve the quality and clarity of their work. The journal is committed to ensuring a transparent, fair, and timely review process that upholds the highest standards of academic excellence.
